Coaching Monitor for Coach

Do you frequently receive questions regarding the efficiency of your coaching? Do you continuously aim to improve your quality? NOBCO/EMCC-NL's Coaching Monitor helps you evaluate your coaching more objectively and more easily.

The Coaching Monitor gives you and your client (better) insight into the progress of coaching and allows you to adjust the process if necessary. It is also possible to involve third parties in the coaching by means of 360-degree feedback and peer evaluations. This increases the efficiency of your coaching. Finally, the Monitor allows you to print reports of the results, which you can share with your client and/or a third party involved. At the same time, you support scientific research on the effectiveness of coaching and contribute to the collection of sectoral information. Easy to use

The Coaching Monitor is easy to use, secure and available online 24/7. You log in with a username and password and get access to your own secure online environment. Inside this environment you have a dashboard at your disposal, which allows you to send your clients a questionnaire at four measurement moments (e.g. intake, interim, end, and follow-up measurements). Any peer evaluations are sent automatically. On your dashboard, you can then see which questionnaires have already been completed by clients and peers and view the results. The Coaching Monitor has been largely automated, which means that it requires only a few actions by you as coach. In addition, the (interim) results are automatically processed by this system.

Licence

The Coaching Monitor works with a personal annual licence, which allows you to evaluate an unlimited number of coaching assignments during one calendar year.
